PLATFORM

SHEET 01 OF 06
REVISED 9 SEPTEMBER 2026

How she works, step by step.

Describe what you need in plain English. She plans it, writes it, tests it in a sandbox, and puts it live at its own link. Then she watches it, and fixes what breaks before you notice.

An app she builds is six things at once, and you are handed all six. Most builders stop at the first two.

Read the note

You say it once. She does the rest.

“You write to a capable colleague and say what you need.”

  1. 01

    BRIEF

Email her, or pick something close from the gallery.

  2. 02

    PLAN

She reads the request like a contract and writes down everything you named.

  3. 03

    BUILD

She writes it, wires the integrations, and picks the model for the job.

  4. 04

    TEST

Sixteen checks in a sandbox, before you ever see it.

  5. 05

    LIVE

At its own link, installable on a phone, in about a second.

02 · WHO DOES WHAT

Who does what.

Seven jobs run inside a single build. You brief one engineer and never have to name any of them — this list exists so you know what ran, not so you have to manage it.

PLANNER
Reads the request like a contract and writes the build sheet: what it is, what it must collect, what it must reach.
CODER
Writes the app, wires the integrations, and picks the model for the job. Every file it writes stays browseable and editable afterwards.
TESTER
Runs the result in a sandbox, looks at a screenshot of what rendered, and checks it against a WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility floor. Failures go back to be rewritten, and anything still short of the floor is written into the app's trust panel as a fix note.
WORKFLOW
Designs the triggers, actions, branches and retries. This is the part that runs at three in the morning.
GOVERNANCE
Checks every tool call against what the app declared it may reach, before the call is made.
PULSE
Watches every published app and raises the problem before a person notices it.
VEDA CARE
Diagnoses the live failure against real data, writes the fix, verifies the path that actually broke, and ships it.

THE SEVEN JOBS THAT RUN ON EVERY BUILD

“An agent saying ‘done, tested, deployed’ means nothing. Evidence or it didn’t happen.”

03 · THE WALKTHROUGHS

Four builds, from request to a live app.

Four shapes of work she does often, written out end to end. Read one instead of watching a demo of one.

WHAT SHE WAS ASKED FOR

Build a lead qualification form that scores prospects based on company size and budget, then sends high-score leads to our #sales Slack channel.
RECREATED

A build of this shape, written out in full. Not a screenshot, and not a customer’s record.

Capture leads, score them as they arrive, and put the hot ones in front of a salesperson the same minute.

  1. 01

    PLAN

A form app with a scoring rule and one alert.

  2. 02

    BUILD

Four files, written with validation and the scoring rule.

  3. 03

    TEST

Run in a sandbox and checked before anyone sees it.

  4. 04

    WIRE

One trigger, one condition, two actions.

PLAN
Smart form · Fields: name, email, company, size, budget · Scoring: size weighted against budget · Integration: Slack
BUILD
Form interface, responsive · Branded styling · Validation and scoring · Configuration manifest
TEST
Syntax: passed · Runtime execution: passed · Rendering: verified against a screenshot · No errors, no warnings
WIRE
Trigger: form submitted · Action: calculate the score · Condition: score above 80 · Action: post to #sales on Slack
WHAT SHIPPED
A scoring form with Slack alerts and a CRM sync ready to switch on.

WHAT EACH STAGE ACTUALLY DID

RFPs and grants

streamlined, with less time spent on them

At SFTC, Intuist AI has streamlined our RFP and grant application processes. Its ability to manage and organize the complexities of grant writing has made it easier for us to secure critical funding. We've significantly reduced the time spent on these tasks, allowing us to focus more on our mission and less on administrative burdens.

04 · THE FIVE SHEETS

Five places to point her.

The same engineer, aimed at five kinds of work. Each one has its own sheet.

05 · AFTER IT SHIPS

Most things are fixed before you ask.

She watches every published app. When one breaks she diagnoses it against the live system, writes the fix, verifies the path that actually broke, and ships it.

Founder’s note, 16 July 2026 — "I read my company’s diary this morning"

FROM THAT NIGHT’S LOG

12:43am— It drove a dentist’s booking flow end to end, name, phone, service, date, to confirm a repair had worked. Like a QA engineer would. There is no QA engineer.
