PLATFORM · ASSISTANTS

SHEET 02 OF 06
REVISED 9 SEPTEMBER 2026

Assistants that answer from your own records.

Not a chatbot with a personality. An assistant that reads what your company already wrote, answers from it, shows you the passage it used, and hands over when it should not guess.

01 · HOW IT BEHAVES

An assistant, and how it conducts itself.

Everything below is set when the assistant is built. None of it is a setting you have to find later.

CONTEXT
Keeps the thread of a conversation, so the third question does not need the first one repeated.
VOICE
Written to your tone, per assistant. Not one house style applied to everything you own.
CONCURRENCY
Thousands of conversations at once, each holding its own context.
HOURS
All of them.
WHERE IT LIVES
Your website, a phone, Slack or Teams, from one configuration.
SPEAKING
People can talk to it instead of typing. Useful on a phone, and on a shop floor.
ACCESS
Encryption in transit, role-based access, and auth gates enforced when you turn them on.

SET DURING THE BUILD, NOT AFTERWARDS

02 · THE KNOWLEDGE

It answers from your records, not the internet.

An assistant is only as good as what it was given to read. So the reading list is the product, and it is yours.

RETRIEVAL
The question is matched against your material first, and the answer is written from what came back.
FRESHNESS
Sources re-sync on a schedule, so an answer does not quote a document you replaced last month.
SEARCH
Plain wording finds the right passage, including when your document says it differently.
WHEN IT DOES NOT KNOW
It says so and hands over, rather than filling the gap.
PDF DOCUMENTS
Uploaded, or synced from a folder
WORD FILES
Uploaded, or synced from a folder
NOTION
Pages and databases
CONFLUENCE
Spaces and wikis
GOOGLE DRIVE
Folders, kept in step
SHAREPOINT
Sites and libraries
WEB PAGES
Crawled from an address you name
APIS AND DATABASES
Read live, at the moment of the question

03 · IN PRACTICE

RECREATED

An exchange of this shape, written out. Not a screenshot, and not a customer’s record.

One exchange, written out in full.

This is what a grounded answer looks like when it goes well, and what happens when it does not.

ASKED
“Our invoice says net 30 but the contract says net 45. Which one applies?”
ANSWERED
Net 45. The master services agreement overrides the invoice template, and clause 7.2 says so.
CITED
MSA v4, clause 7.2 — the passage it read, linked in the reply.
HANDED OVER
When the two documents genuinely conflict, it opens a ticket instead of choosing.

A RECREATED EXCHANGE

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Answers the questions that arrive a hundred times, and routes the ones that do not.
SALES
Answers product questions at the moment of interest, and books the demo.
INTERNAL HELP DESK
HR policy, IT access, the expense rule nobody can find.
DOCUMENTATION
Your own docs, answered in a sentence, with the passage attached.

04 · HOW TO START

Point one at your documents.

Tell her which material it should read and who is allowed to ask. She builds it, tests it, and gives you the link.

WHAT SHE NEEDS FROM YOU
The documents, and who may ask.
WHAT SHE RETURNS
A working assistant at its own link, embeddable on your site.
BEFORE IT SHIPS
Sixteen security, quality and performance checks, run in a sandbox during the build.
