What we hold ourselves to.
Not four nouns in rounded squares. Five sentences a customer can hold us to, written the way the founder actually says them.
- WHAT WE BUILD
- Software that exists at the end of the day. Not a demo of software that could exist.
- WHO IT IS FOR
- The person who has one thing that should exist and does not — a booking page, an intake form, a quoting tool that is currently a spreadsheet.
- HOW WE SHIP
- Small, often, and written down afterwards. The log is public and it is not flattering every week.
- WHAT WE MEASURE
- Whether the thing still works in production a month later. Nothing else counts as done.
- WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
- Claim a certification we do not hold, or put a picture of software that does not exist on a page.
