LEGAL
Privacy Policy
At Intuist Inc., we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services, including the Veda Platform.
THE SHORT VERSION
- We collect what you give us (name, email, company) plus standard usage data (IP, device, browser) to run and improve the service.
- We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers working on our behalf, with your consent, or when the law requires.
- Data from Google APIs follows Google’s Limited Use policy — it is never used for ads or unrelated AI training.
- You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via support@intuist.ai.
- You can delete your account yourself from the Veda app (menu → Delete account) or by email; the steps and what is kept are on intuist.ai/delete-account.
- Veda works with AI models run by Anthropic, OpenAI (voice, streamed straight from your phone) and Google; the Veda app names them and asks before anything leaves your phone.
This summary is for convenience only — the full policy below is what governs.

We may also share information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

CLAUSE 8
Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from our Services, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Services to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services.
CLAUSE 9
Google API Services & Limited Use
Some Intuist features let you connect your Google account (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Meet). Intuist's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features you enable, we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with law. See our Google API Data Practices page for full details.
CLAUSE 10
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
CLAUSE 11
AI Processing and Sub-processors
Veda answers, builds and works by sending what you give her to AI models run by third parties on our behalf. What you type to Veda, the documents and photos you send her, and the context of your workspace that she needs to answer are sent to Anthropic (chat, reasoning and reading documents and photos). When you talk to Veda by voice in the Veda app, your microphone audio is streamed from your device directly to OpenAI, which also produces the transcript of that conversation; the audio does not pass through Intuist's servers. The apps Veda builds use models run by Google (Gemini) to think. Each of these providers processes the data to provide the service to you, under contracts that prohibit using it to train their models. The Veda app names these providers and asks for your consent before anything leaves your phone.
CLAUSE 12
Voice, Camera and Photos
The Veda app uses your microphone only while you are in a voice conversation with Veda, and stops when the conversation ends. It opens the camera or your photo library only when you tap the camera button. A photo you send is read once to extract its text and is not stored; the text that was read from it is kept on the work order it created, which you can see, share or delete like any other request. Voice conversations are metered by the minute; the minutes, not the audio, are kept on your account.
CLAUSE 13
Push Notifications and Device Identifiers
If you allow notifications, the Veda app registers a push token (an identifier issued by Apple or Google for your device) with our servers so Veda can tell you when work is waiting on you, when something you asked for is finished, or when she has fixed something. The token is stored against your account, is not shared with anyone else, and is deleted when you sign out on that device or delete your account.
CLAUSE 14
Changes to This Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access our Services to stay informed about our information practices.
